SatJupiter provides access to IPTV streaming services including live television channels and video-on-demand content. Access is provided via M3U playlist URLs and/or Xtream Codes API credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. No refunds will be issued for brief outages.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward staff, or use the service for illegal purposes. No refund will be provided upon termination for violations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatJupiter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
